Everything Has To Come To an End

We are in the last week of our summer. Axel starts school next Monday and Caytlynne starts the Tuesday after Labor Day. It was a summer filled with baseball, t-ball, summer camps, golf, swimming, parties, movies, and friends. Now that the school season is upon us we have football, ballet, school events, grandparents visiting, hunting, golfing, and of course friends to look forward to. I hope that you will continue to look in on us every once in awhile and see what is taking place at the T-MAC Ranch. I promise I will try to do better at posting the pictures. We all hope you have enjoyed your summer as much as we have.

T-ball 2008

This year Caytlynne played T-ball at the YMCA. We lucked out and got her in with the older kids where they actually get to learn something. It helped that the coach is one of our best friends. By the end of the season Caytlynne was hitting the ball well and grasped the concept of running around the bases. Of course once she hit the ball and ran to first base she had to hug whoever was standing there, Mr. Mike, Daddy, or Mr. Shawn. The last game of the season the kids got a trophy, medal, and the best thing of all, a snocone.

Rotary Golf Tournament

This June, Axel participated in the Junior Rotary Golf Tournament at the Elks. The week before Axel attended the golf camp that the Elks put on. He learned a lot and he always likes to play in the tournaments. I don't think he realizes the seriousness of the tournaments yet so it was good practice for what he learned the week before. Axel did do well and came in sixth place.

Final Baseball Game

Axel's team did really well this baseball season, but couldn't defeat the undefeated team. During the last game Axel made a great play. He caught a foul ball off the first baseline and sent the batter home. It was a great game up until the end!

Field Day

You know when it is the end of the school year when field day comes. I actually had jury duty this day, but luckly, Thom was off and was able to go. It sound like they had all kinds of fun as you can tell by the pictures.
